I returned it
CM from Los Angeles, CA on 4/19/2023
This amp might be great if you like bass, don't run TV or video games or a Sonos through it, and only use one music streaming source. But I purchased this amp and returned it before the return expiration date. I found it to be buggy for my use scenarios and, from following user forums, it seems that software updates have ground to a halt. On the plus side, when I did reach out to the Harmon Group with questions about my problems, they promptly made sure I was in contact with the right person... but alas, there were no fixes for the problems I had. First, DSP is always "active" in the digital outputs even if no processing is selected: this means there is unacceptably obvious latency that cannot be corrected. Second, the device tends to lock up when switching streaming services, e.g. from Tidal Connect to Roon, and a hard reset is required. It seems that these issues could be corrected via firmware, but no fixes were in the pipeline. Finally, the amp's sound signature did not agree with me: it is plump and laid back... too "bassy" for my taste. Now, playing with Dirac was joy and I was on the way to getting the sound output where I like it, but the other usability issues were just too overwhelming for me so I returned the unit.
Pros: Support responsiveness; Dirac--almost makes up for all the negatives
Cons: Digital output latency; Too much bass (subjective); Freezing issues when changing digital sources; Firmware feels like abandonware

Beautiful sound
Nathan from Jonesville, MI on 3/16/2022
The sound is insanely good! I have it pushing two Cerwin-Vaga SL-12s. the house begins to shakes at volume level 44.. I had forgot how good music can sound, this setup has made me fall in love with music all over again. Plus the JBL SA750 has the ability to connect a turntable, reel to reel and my iPhone(for when I'm lazy). It's also a stunning retro style that's very easy on the eyes.
Pros: Too many to list
Cons: The remote is a shade weak, distance wise.

A great way to celebrate an anniversary

The SA750's eye-catching, 2-section aluminum faceplate is much more striking in person than in photos. I found this integrated amp easy to set up and operate, although I wish the instructions went into a little more detail. Using the same class G amplification that Arcam amps use, there's plenty of power for my demanding bookshelf speakers. Its retro controls and wood finish on the sides accentuate its handsome looks. It's a little strange that the toggle switches stay in the "up" position; they spring back even when activated. I didn't get a chance to check out Dirac Live or use the Music Life app, as my concentration was on sound. But music streaming using its built-in Chromecast and vinyl using a separate phono preamplifier sounded clean, spacious, and full. I also used its "Processor Mode" feature, so it could be used as an amplifier with my digital preamp, and it worked out nicely. The hefty price tag might scare some away, but there's a lot going on in there for the money.
