The slot-ported enclosure is made from rugged 5/8" MDF covered with black carpet to withstand the bumps and bruises of life in a car. Features

Overview: The JBL Stage 1200D dual 12" subwoofer enclosure has been carefully tuned for high SPL and low distortion while providing deep, powerful bass. The two Stage 122 12" drivers feature a polypropylene cone with a rubber surround. Both drivers are mounted in a 5/8" MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) enclosure that's covered in attractive black carpet.

Power: The two 4Ω subwoofers are wired in parallel for a 2Ω load at the single set of terminals. The Stage 1200D can handle up to 600W RMS (1200W peak).

Terminals: Rear-mounted 5-way binding posts can accept pin connectors, single banana plugs, dual banana plugs (standard 3/4" width), spade connectors (0.3" inner width minimum), and bare wire up to 10-gauge.
