Easy to install w/o any major hangups or problems. Great clear picture and sound. Navigating the screens takes a little time to hit the learning curve. But once you get the hang of it, not an issue. If you're looking for a good set-up, I'd say this is the way to go

So good so far ??
Erin from SAINT LOUIS, MO on 4/2/2020
So good so far. I like how small it is and that it can mostly hide behind my mirror and tint. The only issue that I've had so far is actually not with the cameras, but with the App. It is not nearly as easy as I thought it would be to download videos straight to my phone. Not a big deal as you can still remove the memory card and pull off data that way.
Pros: Physical size, audible noise to know it turns on and off with the car (it's hardwired in).
Cons: The mobile app isn't as functional as I was hoping it would be.

i bought this cam sight unseen. Kenwood DRV-A501WDP. front and rear. here are the key things you should know *if you run without screensaver feature, the cam will overheat and restart itself. EVERY SINGLE TIME. and even faster on a hot summer day * footage is only recorded in 1440p only if the rear cam is disabled. With front and rear enabled , the most you can do is dual 1080p 30fps. sucks, but i can live with that. even with these compromises, the cam does the job. 1080p footage is enough for my needs. And i dont mind the screen saver feature to prevent overheating. Just wish i knew of these limitations before buying!!
