2003 Acura 3.2CL
Amazing amplifier. Paired with some kenwood exelon 7 inch component speackers and a pair if 7 inch 2 ways. The sound is amazingly crisp and loud.

Great buy for a tiny amp

2010 Dodge Ram 1500
The size is amazing for what it produces. I knew I needed an amp to drive the 6 speakers in my Ram 1500. Straight out of the radio for 6x9 left it way to distorted which I wasn't surprised at all. It was just, what amp should I choose. I went with this even though it's about 25watts less than my RMS on my speakers. Everything became so much clearer right away. I only wish it had a 6-channel so I didn't have to use the crossover for the 3.5" that are in the dash. I'm a big HD Music fan. I love hearing everything like it should be. This has done well with the HD music I've been playing.
Pros: Small and easy to fit in a lot of places. HD music certified.
Cons: Honestly wish they would come up with a clean data transfer from the HU to amp to the minimize cabling. Like if it had it's own DAC on board. with communication back to the head unit.

Love it!!! Its compact enough that it fit under my dash perfectly and pushes two sets of kenwood excelon 6.5s with awesome clarity. This is the first time I've used an amp in a truck system and I'll never go back to not using one

Nice Hi Res Amp

Earlier this year I head about High Resolution Audio (Hi Res) and I listened to some clips of Hi Res on Youtube and i was wowed. After i looked into and researched this Hi Res i had to start thinking of the upgrade to this new sound. I got he Pioneer FH-S701BS Head Unit that plays hi res FLAC audio files and true wave CD quality files direct from USB port. Then I found this Kenwood amp XR401-4 that Kenwood introduced back at 2018 CES show. Kenwood has introduced a whole new line of Hi Res equipment. So i got this Kenwood amp for the Hi Res certified capability and installed it few weeks back. It sounds nice. Clean sound, Small and compact D circuity. Easy to install and easy to understand. Now i just need a second amp for my subs. I have to say i am running the amp to Polk Audio component speakers. But soon will have to look into replacing them with some Hi Res audio certified component speakers.
Pros: Sounds nice and crisp, compact D circuity. Easy install. Plenty of power.
Cons: Not at this time.
