I was needing this in order to use a Blu-ray player in my campervan. I wanted the audio to play through the rear head unit and speakers I installed in the back but needed the video signal to transfer to my 12vdc TV. My advisor Tom helped me out and this device works perfect! Thanks again Tom and Crutchfield!
