Q
Is this product designed to clip into the receiver like the factory trim plate?
[ RickM  Sep 21, 2019 ]
2 answers
A
No. It's simply a trim piece that trims around the deck itself. The single din stereo mounting cage actually goes through the trim piece.
[ lisa  Sep 22, 2019 ]
A
No, this is just a flat plate that will cover some irregular fitment issues you might have.

The inside is designed to fit a single din stereo however the outside can be trimmed to fit and area and you can use a piece of heavy grit sand paper to shape it
[ lisa  Sep 22, 2019 ]

It is designed to be cut but it is also very difficult to cut. Plastic is very hard.
[ RICHARD  May 29, 2018 ]
A
No it is not, although we cut it with a dremmel to fit our project.
