Everything looked OK, but the face plate is smaller than the radio, I had to grind off about 1/8 of an inch on 3 sides of it so the radio would fit

Dash mounting is simple

This is a good assembly, it assembles and works as described.It fit into the dash as described. Mounting into the dash relies on two screws, which are not supplied and were not in the dash as expected. Once mounted, is not a strong mount, due to only the two screws and no other support.
Pros: Everything fits as described

2019 Ram Promaster
A must have when installing an aftermarket radio. Simple to mount, but until the radio is slid in, the tops of the side brackets seem loose. Once the install is completed it seems solid. Not sure how easy or difficult removal of the new radio will be.

Not quite an exact fit, but it works. My can did not have bolts where it said it would, thus there were no attachment points to hold the new radio in place. I have to fabricate a way to secure the brackets so they would hold the radio securely. 2104 Ram ProMaster installation.

Needs to be trimmed on left and right walks to slide over Pioneer 5201nex. Could not find an alternative product. I thought it would be a factory look with ease, but I was wrong and disappointed.

2017 Ram Promaster
It took a lot of trimming and trial and error to make this fit with the Pioneer 2550NEX in a 2017 Promaster. The guidance given in the Metra directions was minimal for exactly where to place the side brackets. Using the pictures for guidance, the unit would have set about 10 mm too deep into the dash. I sanded about 2 mm off of each of the vertical walls to make it fit the 2550 NEX correctly. The top edge of the trim ends up not quite flush with the dash. I wish there was an alternative to Metra.

Looks stock

When installed, the dash kit looks stock. Very nice, however, it took a little trimming to get it to fit.

Cons: Does not fit as it comes out of the box. You may need to modify to fit your unit and auto.

Great fit for my 2017 Ram Promaster. Matches color, texture and shape perfectly.

Cons: attachment to the side of the stereo is a little flimsy, so don't over tighten the screws.
