Does this come in a grey? I don't want the radio to seem more aftermarket than it has to be.

I don't think it does because mine came in black and there was no other option for color. All I did was sand it down (to rough up the plastic a little) and then found a silver spray paint at one of the big auto part stores that best matched my dash and then painted it. It looks pretty good. A lot better then the black.
