Fit fairly well to make it look like a factory installation, but the opening was about 1/4" too big from top to bottom. Had to center radio in it then used black electrical tape behind it to cover the top & bottom gaps.
Pros: Looks like factory istallation.
Cons: The opening was actually too large for the radio, necessitating the use of electrical tape to hide the gaps.
