Snug fitment and plenty of weight support, even though it's plastic. Nice!

Kit works perfectly with no fabrication needed. I've purchased kits before and sometimes had to modify a little to work. The mastersheet provided with the purchase was excellent as well for little hints about the install. Would definitely recommend for anyone.

Great fit. Easy install 2012 Kia Soul base
Mike from Essex Junction, VT on 4/15/2018
2012 Kia Soul
Worked as designed and made the install quick and easy. Wish it pitched the double dinn face so it would lean back and pull the radio flush to the existing panel rather that keeping it perpendicular to the floor. The Sony radio I installed has one knob on the left side that is hard to grab because it is now recessed back into the dash.
Pros: Quick install and nice finish. Hazard and airbag cut out fit beautiful
Cons: Should find a way to make the face of the radio flush with the dash so knobs on radio are easily accessible

Install kit is poorly made and the wrong size
Jerry from Cranston, RI on 9/11/2017
2012 Kia Soul
The dash kit was is terrible. I spent the money thinking that I would make my life easier but all I got was 3 hours in the car and ultimately throwing the kit away, the instructions were sparse and had no assistance with possible installation issues. The kit I received for my 2012 Base model Kia Soul was very poorly designed but the most outrageous thing was I ordered it for my double din stereo install and it wasn't truly a double din cut out. The kit called for EE flasher and airbag control module to be mounted on the top of the kit (and stereo per my car's set up) and the space was almost 1/4 inch to short and 1/8 inch too narrow to fit a double din stereo in it. I'm 59 and while not a professional I have done my fair share of installations and I know the dimension of the unit and what was needed to fit in the aperture. I'm just sick. The wiring harness was fine...lol Here's a thought. SInce your design and manufacturing specs are incorrect, why not make the corners of units like this rubber or silicon to give it some tolerance and allow the unit to fit in it. If that makes it too big for the mounting area at least the customer will know the trouble is on their end (my unit mounted fine with improvised brackets and no da%n trim)
Pros: None
Cons: All

Suitable
B Keyport from Tacoma, WA on 6/6/2016
2013 Kia Soul
Product works as designed, however, had difficulty due to product plastic work and radio unit's screws. Didn't match up perfectly, but was able to install with a slight amount of force as it was slightly wider than opening.
Pros: Does it's job, doesn't look like it but it actually provides a solid mount once everything is back in place.
Cons: If radio has any buttons around edge of display, it may recess these buttons to the point of difficult functionability. Radios mount flat, but unit follows curve of vehicle, causing the bottom section of the screen to be recessed enough to hide buttons.
