The idea is to keep my stock HVAC controls intact so I don't have to buy another aftermarket console to control the heating and AC plus I also get to keep the stock clock on the center dash. Q
will the night lights and time still illuminate on factory radio and climate control functions? After installing JVC on my 04 honda accord my factory radio and climate controls have gone dark when headlights are on making it hard to make selection at night time?

A
You will want to contact an Advisor by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat to discuss compatibility with your factory system. They will be able to pull up your vehicle and see if everything integrates properly. If it does not, then they will also be able to discuss other options with you.

Will a 178mm x 100mm Double Din Head Unit fit into this?
[ adeel  Aug 22, 2016 ]
1 answer
A
Thanks for your question. Yes all Double DIN units are basically the same size, approximately 4" tall by 7" wide so this kit will work fine. Hope that helps.

Lower storage....works great!
[ Javier  Jan 12, 2015 ]
A
For my honda accord, 2005, it would have replaced the lower storage area. But it didn't work out in my car so we out it in my brothers car, a 1998 CRV, and it replaced the radio and the storage right below it but it wasn't too far down below, still in a good spot.
