Use the Dash Kit for your car. The finish is nice and covers any gaps on the radio.
Pros: Nice Kit
Cons: Not easy to put together but it works nice.

fits perfectly
Corey from Pennsylvania on 12/14/2015
2005 Suzuki Reno
Fit perfectly. I read the two negative reviews... not sure how they had issues? Simple and easy. Soldering the harness and all, I had less than an hour in the removal of the stock radio and replacement with the new DoubleDIN unit.
Pros: quick, easy, looks good, strong
Cons: a one-piece system would save a little effort, but I understand manufacturing needs.

Metra install kit
DMW from New Jersey on 2/6/2015
2005 Suzuki Verona
This was an easy install in a Suzuki Verona. Only took a minute to match everything up in the dash. Worked perfect with the factory radio surround trim.
Pros: For this application ut worked very well. Easy install. Holds the radio secure, and gives the install a factory look.
Cons: Its a universal kit, and had a couple plastic tabs that weren't needed, a couple seconds with the Dag cutters & perfection achieved.

not Suzuki friendly
Kevin from Texas on 3/11/2012
2005 Suzuki Forenza
Do NOT follow instructions ( ODD for Crutchfield) when installing in Suzuki Forenza, it does not work. Is a make -it-up puzzle. Installation performed by 25+ year Master automotive technician and veteran of MANY stereo installations. Is holding ok after a month, but I am skeptical about the all plastic unit that none of the metal DIN frames/brackets would work with. I expect much better products from Crutchfield.
Pros:
Cons: You will have to "make it" fit
