Easy

1996 Nissan Altima
Worked well and easy to assemble. Felt questionable and not sturdy but once fully installed it was just fine. Only things didnt care for is lost the little cubby above ashtray and faceplate of stereo behind car trim and cant be removed without removing the dash trim, but that may be something I did wrong.
Pros: Easy to install , good fit in old stock location
Cons: Lost cubby spot. All plastic and felt questionable until fully installed.

1997 Nissan Altima GXE Dash Kit Install
ZakD from Pittsburgh PA on 8/16/2014
1995 Nissan Altima
Just wanted to get this review in so their is more than one for this dash kit. I used this kit to install a friends aftermarket radio in his 1997 Nissan Altima GXE and the kit worked perfectly. As J cuevas touched on this kit is designed to essentially add the required bezel element to your car once the factory radio is removed. Without a radio installed the kit has very little support and looks cheap. With a single din radio installed the kit compliments the factory look well and nothing looks out of place. Plastic texture is good as well as the color matching up good enough.
Pros: Easy Assembly, Instructions are straight forward, Finished Install with radio looks great. Wide range of Nissan models and years that use this kit
Cons: Flimsy when installed WITHOUT a radio to support the side brackets. (why you would install without a radio is beyond me) Instructions could have included step by step worded sentences rather than a number associated with a picture to show changes. It doesn't install itself

Metra dash kit
J cuevas from Farmingville, ny on 12/6/2013
I use the metra kits often. I was not to fond of how this kit is put together. It requires the radio to be installed to really hold it together. Still it works.
Pros: Fit and finish is still good
Cons: A little flimsy with side adapters before the radio is initially installed
