where do the white clips go?

Just slide those on the tabs on the back!

Hey man, been awhile since I purchased mine but the white clips go on the black pointy things on the back of the kit. They are what lock into the car when you push the kit in.

They go on the back of the trim piece and slide on. They allow the trim piece to clip into the dash when you push it in place.
