Q
will I need to purchase additional stuff so the steering wheel volume controls will work?
[ seeker9969  Jun 04, 2018 ]

A
Yes, you will need to purchase additional stuff. This kit includes controls for the radio, AC, and manufacturer's in-dash display, but can't be controlled by the steering wheel controls. The in-dash display also doesn't interface with the new radio, so it still says "No Audio" even when you're listening to the new radio. I don't know what additional parts you would need, or whether they even exist, but they aren't included with this system.
[ Jason  Jun 06, 2018 ]
A
Yes, you need to purchase an interface steering wheel device to allow the steering wheel controls to operate with your headset.

What's the exact dimensions of the hole?
[ Andy  Sep 02, 2015 ]

A
With my wife's plastic ruler (sorry), it's 102 x 177 mm. I put in an Pioneer FH-x720 (double din) and made no modifications nor added trim for the install. You kinda have to fill in some steps from what is missing in the installation manual provided, but overall it was a relatively painless install. 05 Murano.

A
i dont know what u really by exact hole, but one thing for sure, it can acomodate an after market radio and a lil caution here is that you really need an expert for this type of installation , otherwise you will end up messing the whole unit up , including the Ac controle system
