This kit worked out well I had to make a minor adjustment so the kit would sit flush With my dash Being that I am a little meticulous
Pros: Direct fit at matches takes factory color Of my Dashboard
Cons: None other than adding a washer For it to sit flush.

Fit in easy but when it the bottom sticks out. It also took more time then expect to get the casing to fit.

It's pretty easy to assemble and install (as long as you follow the directions) and the brown was a spot on match to the dash.

2008 Toyota Highlander
Overall a good kit. However, I had to get out my Dremmel tool to allow the screws to line up to the holes in the radio chassis. Also, instructions are a bit on the light side and are too general.
