Your Porsche is a fine example of modern engineering, but the stock sound system may leave something to be desired. Axxess' AXDIS-PO13 interface lets you replace the factory stereo while retaining many of your vehicle's convenient features. In addition to your steering wheel audio controls, you'll also keep your balance control, reverse camera (if equipped), and retained accessory power (R.A.P.).
The interface provides accessory power as well as the outputs (parking brake, reverse, speed sense) you'll need to install a touchscreen receiver. This adapter is designed for vehicles with the MOST 25 fiber amplified system.

MOST 25 Amplifer: The Axxess Integrate AXDIS-PO13 will retain the factory installed MOST 25 amplifier in your Porsche, along with balance control (fader controls will be lost). Your aftermarket head unit will need a 2ch stereo preout that is full-range.
Steering Wheel Controls: The AXDIS-PO13 includes a SWC interface module and harness that lets you retain your vehicle's factory steering wheel controls (no additional adapter required). Your aftermarket radio must be steering wheel control ready. The AXDIS-PO13 utilizes patented Auto-Detect technology that automatically detects the vehicle type, radio connection and preset controls. In addition to Auto-Detect, it can be manually programmed and will retain settings even after battery disconnection or interface removal.
Backup Camera: The Axxess Integrate AXDIS-PO13 will retain the factory backup camera in your Porsche. It features a male composite video jack the will plug into your aftermarket radio's female composite video camera input.
RAP (Retained Accessory Power): The AXDIS-PO13 is compatible with your vehicle's RAP (Retained Accessory Power) feature, which keeps the radio on until on of the doors is opened.
12V/10A Accessory Output: Since there is no 12V accessory wire in the Porche's factory harness, the AXDIS-PO13 is designed to provide a 12V/10A switched accessory output to your new aftermarket stereo, preventing you from having to run an accessory wire to the fuse box or underneath the steering column.
Navigation Outputs: The Axxess Integrate AXDIS-PO13 provides navigation outputs (VSS, Parking Brake, and Reverse) to help ease the installation process of an aftermarket navigation stereo.
