You can use these Install bay wire ferrules to make neat power and speaker wire connections for your amplifier, instead of random loose strands of copper wire all over the terminal blocks. These ferrules keep all the wire strands gathered and protected together within a copper conductor.
A cleaner connection
As a bonus, these ferrules also feature ultra-thin sides, so you can load the bare wire into the ferrule, install the ferrule in the wire terminal, then tighten the set screw to crimp the ferrule tightly to the wire and secure the connection to your amp. This also prevents any splaying and bending of the wire strands that may break in the wire terminal. Ferrules are also useful when hooking up fuse holders and distribution blocks.

Features
Overview: The Install Bay (Metra) wire ferrules are designed to crimp onto your power, ground, or speaker wire and provide a clean, solid connection to your amplifier or terminal block with set-screw connections. Bare wire (with approximately ¾" of the jacket stripped off) slides into the full length of the ferrule starting at larger end. The ferrule is then crimped onto the wire. (The crimping can be done by tightening the terminal.) This keeps all copper strands held tightly together, with no splaying while tightening the terminal connection. Ferrules can be used with most set-screw type connection, including terminal blocks, amplifiers, fuse holders, and more.
