Product Research

Vehicle Compatibility: The Axxess Integrate LC-GMRC-03 is designed for use in select 1996-2005 Cadillac models with non-amplified factory systems (or when replacing the factory amplified system) and without OnStar.

Make Model Year
Cadillac Catera 1997-2001
Deville 1996-2005
Eldorado 1996-2002
Seville 1996-2004

Note: Please enter you vehicle information to confirm compatibility and see what additional accessories will be needed.

Retained Features: The LC-GMRC-03 provides +12V/10A accessory output, retains warning chimes, and retains R.A.P. (retained accessory power).

  • +12V Accessory Output: In many Cadillacs, there is no 12-volt accessory wire in the factory harness, which requires the installer to run an accessory wire to the fuse box or underneath the steering column when installing an aftermarket radio. The LC-GMRC-03 is designed to provide a 12V/10A switched accessory output (red wire).
  • Warning Chimes: The LC-GMRC-03 retains factory warning chimes through onboard speaker.
  • Retained Accessory Power (R.A.P.): The ignition power source of most Cadillac vehicles keeps the radio on until one of the doors is opened. This feature is called the R.A.P. (retained accessory power). The LC-GMRC-03 is designed to retain this feature.

Wiring Harness: The wiring harness has a black 12-pin connector on one end and a blue 32-pin molex connector on the other end. The 12-pin connector plugs into the LC-GMRC-03, while the 32-pin molex connector interfaces with the existing factory plug. The included wiring harness also includes 17 bare wires that will need to be hardwired to your new aftermarket radio's harness, when applicable.

also this is not compatible with certain Cadillac vehicles that have a stock amplifier system in the trunk between the back seat and the fuse box.

If you installed this device make sure the pins in the connectors are lined up correctly. On the connectors also make sure your solder or connector held and the tape or heat shrink is going completely around each speaker wire. the most important thing. Make sure the speaker connectors in each door are not touching. if the connectors touch metal they will cut out the sound. Also check the speaker connectors are completely snapped in. just a few checks to do.
