Does not work in 2014 Chevy Impala (New Body Style) Crutchfield says it fits but the Metra/Axxess site says 'No - call for info'. The Metra site is correct - this unit does not work in a 2014 Impala. It is not properly integrated with the vehicle communication bus which results in no sound approximately 50% of the time. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Random. Spent many hours on the phone with both Crutchfield and Metra tech support and although all techs were knowledgeable and courteous (except for one Metra tech who was quite inept and rude) no one could resolve the issue and eventually told me to return the module (yes, I tried two different modules they sent during the troubleshooting process). There are no alternate adapter modules (I bought an Alpine 650 receiver) for this car - PAC is not compatible with the 2014 Impala either. My only option is to run discrete wires to the trunk for all speakers (that's were the amp is) and forgo steering wheel control. Not what was advertised (and still is as of the writing of this review!).
Pros: Easy Installation
Cons: Completely Worthless (doesn't function correctly)
