About the Axxess AX-NIS40SWC-6V Steering Wheel Control Harness
Axxess designed their AX-NIS40SWC-6V adapter to allow you to connect the steering wheel audio controls in 2016-up Nissan Maxima vehicles (if equipped) to a new car stereo without having to splice into your factory wiring. To use this harness, you'll need the Axxess ASWC-1 steering wheel control interface (sold separately) and a compatible aftermarket radio. You'll also need a vehicle-specific wiring harness to install your aftermarket stereo; you'll see installation packages when you add a car stereo to your cart
Backup cam and aux input
You'll retain the use of your Nissan's backup cam if you're installing a car stereo with a camera input. You'll also be able to use the handy auxiliary input in your Nissan (if equipped) if your new car stereo has rear RCA inputs. Warranty: 1 year.
