I've had this system installed for nearly a year now. Initially, there were issues with the box and the new footage not recording over the old. I called Crutchfield and Metra Home Theater to get the issue resolved. Both were extremely helpful and we determined that the box was faulty. I was sent a new one and since then, everything has worked flawlessly. The system does take some effort to install so make sure you have a few hours to get everything going. The features are everything that I need and then some. Instructions are not the best but Metra has great service so they've been able to answer a few minor questions I had. The mobile app works great as well. So far it's been a great system and hope it holds up for several more years.
