We spent a lot of time and money running electricity in a difficult to reach space in order to plug in the cameras . The electric connection very short. The vague instructions included were not for our NVR - which ended up not being able to record after we set up all the cameras. All the Metra support people could say is "looks like you got a lemon." So we had to get another NVR sent to us. In order for that to work, we had to re-set all the cameras manually. The Metra video showed putting the reset button inside the hole where the power cable goes after you mount the camera, but the button was now inaccessible and all the cameras had to be taken down and reinstalled. We tried to add the cameras to the new system, to no avail. Total waste of time and money. The signal was weak at just 20 feet away and some cameras, no further away than 40' from the NVR and our wifi, would disappear from the monitor for hours at a time. We gave up on Spyclops and returned everything which was the easiest and least frustrating part of the whole saga.
