Space-saving home for an 8" sub
The enclosure houses a Pioneer 2-ohm 8" sub, which features an oversized, mica-injected polypropylene cone that moves more air for enhanced bass response. Its dual-spider design helps to stabilize the cone and support the linear movement needed to pump out big volume.
The TS-A2000LB enclosure features angled push terminals which allow the connection wires to remain straight rather than being bent to fit horizontal or vertical terminals. This saves space and makes installation easier as well as reducing stress on the wires.

Overview: The Pioneer TS-A2000LB is a sealed subwoofer enclosure, pre-loaded with a single 8" driver. Its passive design offers maximum flexibility in amplifier matching and in the wide variety of vehicles it can be used in.
A-Series: The TS-A2000LB is part of Pioneer's A-series speakers, purposely designed to match A-series full-range speakers, providing smooth and seamless sound characteristics with dynamic, high-impact bass.
Driver: The TS-A2000LB features a single 8" driver made with a glass fiber and mica interlaced, injection molded polypropylene (IMPP) cone with butyl rubber surround, mounted in a matched ported enclosure. Careful engineering of the entire motor structure and suspension system gives balanced and linear motion of the cone, both forward and reverse directions, maintaining a high level of linearity, even during high output/high excursion transients.
Enclosure: The TS-A2000LB features a compact, space-saving enclosure that's designed for optimal use of space. The carpeted enclosure is shallow enough for mounting in a variety of pickup trucks including standard- and extended-cab models. Its unique design and included mounting hardware allow it to be mounted upright or laying flat, facing up or down.
Mounting: Two metal angle-brackets and eight 1" screws are provided for mounting the enclosure to a trunk or rear compartment floor in an upright fashion. Four screw-on feet also allow the enclosure to be mounted flat under a seat, either facing up or in a down-firing configuration.
Terminals: Wire connection to the subwoofer enclosure is done through a pair of binding posts that can accommodate bare wire (up to 12AWG), banana plugs, or pin connectors.
