Pioneer TS-WX010A
James from Contoocook, NH on 5/22/2023
I'm very pleased with the depth this added to my system. The car is a small coupe with marginal factory door speakers. The package size was exactly what I needed, there's basically no room under or behind my seat for even the compact subs. But this one tucks nicely in the passenger footwell. Easy installation with no wires needed directly to the battery.

Outstanding product! Surprised me with the power delivered, and my highs and lows are excellent! Actually had to turn down the bass because it was TOO much for my convertible!

This is a decent little unit that will provide some low end for a basic/stock type system. I wish this unit came with a separate bass remote control so that you can adjust the level of bass on a song per song basis. Installation was very easy.
Pros: Easy to install. Provides some low end fill for a stock system and doesn't take up much room.
Cons: No separate bass remote control.

Hidden Little Gem with surprising bass
Bill from Valparaiso, IN on 8/24/2022
I have a very small car which is essentially all windows on the top side (think Greenhouse). This little Pioneer Powered Sub Woofer is surprising powerful. It's just enough and I need to turn it down for some tunes due to the recording quality and actual sound levels of the bass in the mix. The install guys were surprised by this little guy. We put it in the passenger side footwell. Mounting brackets and cable management were used. I kind of wish it had a remote to adjust on the fly. I change adjust using the head unit either by Sub volume or 6 different bass modes.
Pros: Cost is fair. Small footprint. A small unit a surprising amount of bass.
Cons: Wish there was a remote knob with additional parameters to dial in on the fly.

Great sub for a small EV
Matt from Portland, OR on 5/15/2022
I had this installed in my Chevy Spark EV. It was perfect to add some thump to my little compact electric vehicle. I have a factory radio and had upgraded the small 4" front speakers awhile back to a better set of two ways. The quality of the sound improved afterward but still lacked punch. This little sub has done a lot to remedy that. It is hidden away, up high in the footwell, so you barely even see it. And I haven't noticed any reduction in mileage with the minimal additional power draw. Thanks to Pioneer, for keeping car owners like me in mind!

High quality
David from Sebring, FL on 3/20/2022
Made for a small car. I bought it because of the size so it's my fault. If you drive a subcompact you'll love it. Very high quality.
Pros: High quality, top name brand
Cons: Low output

Little sub, big sound
Don from San Diego, CA on 2/6/2022

I was surprised how big bass this little sub can put out. I was going to put it under the seat, but I'm glad i installed it in the passenger side footwell where Pioneer recommends. While i was adjusting the levels with the sub out, the bass was weak, until i put it up in the footwell corner loading the little guy.
Pros: Small Surprising bass Low power consumption Easy to install Lightweight No loss of space
Cons: None
