Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

this stereo is great. then on top of that the price IS GREAT plus CRUCHFIELD will give you the kit needed to install it. at first i would buy my car audio from shops and stores. but if you really think about it, you get all you need for a low price if you buy this stereo from CRUTCHFIELD. you if you buy this at the store it would be more and you would still need to buy the kits for extra. this is my first but not my last product from CRUTCHFIELD. also as far as the stereo goes i love PANASONIC. i had a higher model in my 06 SILVERADO but now upgraded to a in-dash panasonic tv/dvd. PANASONIC will always give you what you need for less. i bought this model becouse my uncle wanted a cd player in his work truck. i got him this stereo and installed it my self(THANKS TO CRUTCHFIELD'S MASTERSHEET) and he loved it and it really didnt break the bank.

thank CRUTCHFIELD

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Use of the radio is pretty intuitive. Less button is better for me, especially when I'm driving. Also ordered Panasonic CA-DC300U for my Ipod. Even without reading the manual, the controls are very intuitive. Negatives: 1) Cannot dim the screen--it is too bright at night; 2) Radio/adapter does not turn off the ipod nor pauses it when I switch sources (CD/AM/FM/AUX) and when I shut the car off-- it requires pressing pause beforehand.

    Good Radio

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I bought this radio for a Jeep Cherokee I just purchased. Installation was a breeze thanks to the included instructions. The stereo performs great and plays my MP3 CD's perfectly. One thing that disappointed me was that I already had an XM receiver(XM1000D) but my radio requires the (XMDPAN110) adapter to hook it up to this radio. It is currently "out of stock" so I'm not sure when I'll have my Satellite Radio again. Other than that, this In-Dash Stereo Rocks!

Great radio with great options for expansion.

    Decent unit for the money

Bob from San Jose, CA on 5/4/2006

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I wanted a new unit for my daily driver and thought I should get one that does "almost everything" so while spending days checking them out I decided that for the money and with the features it was worth a try. I like it. Good sound, nice features, looks good. There is no way to dim the display light but it isn't that bad for me. Easy to read day or night. Well worth the money, even for such an inexpensive unit.

    Tons of Input options

mle from San Francisco Ca. on 4/11/2006

    1989 Honda Prelude SI
    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

What the product description won't tell you is that this unit has tons of input options. Aside from it's Auxillary inputs (RCA) it has a proprietary input that will accept the iPod adapter...the cheapest one available in the market at the moment, a bluetooth handsfree unit or satellite radio receiver (Xm or Sirius). Want all three, get the optional hub and you can. While other units can do this, it is hard to find one at this price range.

I currently hook up my Archos AV500 through the Aux input and my wife uses the other iput for her iPod.

The sound is good and well balanced as well. I would have given it a 5 star rating except for 2 things, i cant change the color of the LCD (available though in a pricier model) and it won't play AAC files.

    Great Cheap Deck

Andrew from Milwaukee, WI on 3/2/2006

I bought this deck because it matched the factory VW interior and it is the cheapest ipod controllable deck on the market, and panasonic's ipod connector is only an additional $50. Sounds awesome through my factory monsoon system, not a ton of features here, but if you want to play music loud and crystal clear, it works like a champ

    Simple and Unique

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

At the best price I have seen for this Panasonic CD/MP3/iPod reciever. I had all the installation require from Crutchfield to install my reciever at no extra cost and enjoy it very much. Panasonic CQ-C3303U is very easy to operate and pulled off a great sound system for my stock speakers.

All manufacturers who comply with the standard can display the CEA-2006 logo on their product.

Sound Quality (SQ): In addition to the bass and treble adjustments (+/- 12dB @ 100 Hz and 10kHz), the unit's Sound Quality function allows you to apply various sound adjustments at the touch of a button in accordance with your musical tastes. There are four SQ settings:
