2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
Nothing you buy to make your jeep your own is cheap why would this be any different?! JL is by far my favorite audio company been installing their product for decades now!! The product is great well built and sturdy!! I installed mine in a '13 jku amd only had 1 issue and i assume its due to the fact is made for 07-12 jeeps. But the one allthreaded bolt wasnt long enough in the hole that goes closest to the tailgate! I had to go buy a 3/8 by 3" bolt! Another small issue is you storage compartment lid wont open freely but i again assume its because of the '13. Other then that it its all good!!
Pros: Best audio company out there! Sounds great
Cons: None

Awesome

After speaking with a JL Tech this will fit my 2015 jku "just not perfect". Looks like a pretty perfect fit to me however! Removing the inner fender well was a little bit of a PIA and drilling is required but well worth it. It is bolted down in 2 points with 5/16 studs to make sure it is securely mounted and preventing theft. Fit and finish is great. You do however lose approximately 7" on the passenger side of the rear cargo area that is now taken up by the stealth box. You CAN also still open the cubbie in the center floor to access stowables and the jack. Sounds awesome just make sure u have enough power going to the stealthbox. Even with the top off at 80 mph and 35" tires you are rockin out. It's pricey but with the sound and clean install it's worth it.
Pros: Awesome sound and clean install.
Cons: Pricey.

Love It

I have a 2013 jku sport. I just got the woofer about a week or so ago and love it. I have never had a sealed box before but am a huge fan of it, it is so clean and crisp sounding works perfect for everything from classical to drive-inn movies to metal to praise and worship to rap. The box hits really well on the mid to low mids. I am using the 1000xd amp which pairs very nice with it. Yes it is expensive, Yes you can get a lot better sounding stuff for like half the cost. But you wont get to keep all your cargo space nor will you get the concealment of it.(if you have the top off without a cargo cover you can clearly see it from the rear seats) I would recommend getting a Good 500-600 watt amp.
Pros: Nice fill in sound Nice at really anything you put to it music wise and if you get a good heavy bass song you get a back message for all passengers if installed correctly fits under cargo covers It is out of the way conserves space
Cons: Interferes slightly with opening the compartment in the trunk area cost inner splash guard rattles if your standing on the outside
