First, JL Audio determines the ideal shape and mounting location for each enclosure, so that it looks like an original part of the vehicle it's designed for. Next, they mount each high-performance subwoofer so it delivers amazing firepower from within its unique enclosure, without sacrificing clarity or musical depth.

The fiberglass enclosure offers superior rigidity while allowing more interior volume, so the sub can turn out louder, deeper bass. JL Audio craftsmen then laminate, grind, join, and finish each Stealthbox® by hand. The end result: full-bodied, distortion-free bass from an impressively stealthy enclosure.

Overview: JL Audio's SB-T-TACDCG3/10TW3 Stealthbox has been specifically designed to fit select 2016 - up Toyota Tacoma Double Cab trucks. It features a single 10" 10TW3-D4 subwoofer in a custom sealed enclosure that mounts in the storage pocket behind the passenger side rear seat.

Subwoofers: The JL Audio Stealthbox's single 10" 10TW3-D4 subwoofer offers a powerful combination of a shallow mounting depth and high excursion capability, producing deep powerful bass from a small enclosure. The dual 4 ohm voice-coil subwoofer is wired for a 2 ohm output to a single set of terminals, and is capable of handling up to 400 watts RMS. A black steel mesh grille is included for protecting the subwoofer.

Enclosure: The Stealthbox enclosure is made from fiberglass coated in black carpet and is designed to mount inside the storage pocket behind the passenger's side rear seat.

Note: Installation requires relocation of the factory amplifier and removal of the factory subwoofer, if equipped. For models equipped with a factory subwoofer, a "plain" (non-subwoofer) passenger side rear cargo trim panel (Toyota part# 64429-04040-C0) must be purchased from Toyota parts.

What hertz is recommended on the amps lpf knob?

If you have the base Entune system, it fits inside the existing passenger side bin as a snug fit. If you have the JBL system, I believe it you need to remove that and purchase a base model bin.

Im not shure.. the sub might be different. My sub is a shallow one. If the sub fits the dimensions of the Tacoma box I don't see why not. Best bet is to call Crutchfield and see. Sorry for not having a complete answer

I mounted mine behind the rear seat on the driver side. It's out of the way and all the wires run perfectly down driver side hidden.

Yes you need to purchase an amplifier also. If you are installing the sub to run off of the factory stereo you will also need a Speaker to RCA line output converter. I used the Scosche LOC90.

It should, I have it in a 2017 and I don't believe any changes have been made behind the rear seat. That being said, maybe someone with a 2019 could better answer this question

No, recommended amp is the XD300/1v2. I went with it and it sounds pretty good when all tuned for the vehicle. I had mine all turned up too high and had to take to a pro. Once he fixed that, it sounded great.
