I assumed this bracket would fit exactly with the Jeep JK speaker housing and was confused when it didn't. I reached out to Crutchfield and they showed me how to modify it in seconds with simple pliers. After that it fit perfectly and secure.

While this was free with the purchase of the speakers, the rear bracket does not fit coming about 1/2" short which will force you to drill one into the door frame. It's not a huge deal BUT if you don't have the tool or don't want to drill into your vehicle, I can see this being completely aggravating. I weld and do all sorts or fabrication so it wasn't a huge issue for me BUT it's still a big inconvenience.

They got the job done, but are not a perfect fit for Wrangler JK. For the front speakers, we had to break off the longest wing tab. The factory speaker boxes have tabs to align the wing tabs and the longest tab on the bracket doesn't sit flush due to the tabs built into the speaker box. For the soundbar, the wing tabs were okay, but we had to break off one of the smaller nub tabs to make it fit with the factory tabs on the speaker boxes.

I finally found something that actually works. My vehicle (1997 Suzuki Jimny) isn't on any application list so I had to work with the picture. The Crutchfield tech I was talking to on the phone got the measurements for the mounting holes for me which was very helpful. The quantity of mounting points was definitely useful and the reason I can actually use these. I still had to cut them to make space for the body panel mount.

Used these to replace the factory 6.75" infinity speakers in a 2007 Jeep Liberty. They get the job done. They're a little on the flimsy side, so be careful not to apply to much force when mounting. I had to order a second set after I broke one of the first ones with the mounting screw.

Worked well for my vehicle, I do suggest that you match up the bracket to the existing mount before installing the speaker and break off the tabs as needed

Good thing these were free, because I wouldn't pay $0.02 for them. It's as though every hole is misdrilled slightly. None of the hardware (which is also junk) lines up straight with the speaker/adapter/grille. These made what should have been an easy job into a sweaty, profanity-laced affair.
Pros: They were free.
Cons: These are absolute garbage.

was replacing the factory speaker with a new set and bought the mounting brackets that are to fit my car and partly it works. not all the holes line up to my 2010 mini cooper s clubman. Hopefully, I don't have to address it in the future.

Not a good fit for Jeep JK

According to Crutchfield, this universal bracket would work in the speaker bar of my Jeep JK. The instructions that came with the bracket weren't great. It would have been nice to have a QR code to access an installation video. One of the three holes on the bracket didn't line up with the hole in the speaker bar so I just had to screw through the plastic to make it fit but the existing speaker grills will not sit flush due to the design of the bracket. In the end, I made it work but the fit and finish are not very good. I will probably pull them out and make some that fit better.

Tried all possible configurations and these simply do not fit the 2021 Ram Promaster front door speakers. Disappointed in what was "sold" as an easy install. Made it frustrating.

Didn't quite lineup correctly with my Jeep Wrangler roll bar. One of the sections is off centered on the bracket while the three mounting holes are even. When trying to choose which holes to use to attach the speaker, it only left me with the ones that would have been required for the grill that came with the speaker. Ended up putting stick grill back but that was having alignment issues with the bracket as I mentioned.

Necessary adapter for 6.5 size coaxial to a 6.75 inch original Mopar speaker cutouts.
Pros: Not complicated to use .But pay close attention to instructions, review and ask for help if you're not sure.
Cons: Screws supplied may require replacing with longer by 1/4 inch and #6 circumference. ( Nuts and washers as well to fit new hardware.

In order to replace my factory speakers I had to mount the new pairs into these brackets. They're easy to use, and have multiple mounting holes for various sizes of speakers.

I bought these for a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and they did not work. The factory holes do not work for aftermarket speakers so I thought these would save me from drilling new holes but that's exactly what I had to do and ended up not using these. The hole pattern don't match up with the factory setup and Crutchfield said these work with my car. They don't.

I double checked my order to make sure that I ordered for the FRONT lower door replacement. I did and these were absolutely useless, wait, I did use the screws in the kit to mount the woofer on my MTX Terminator6s to the existing mounting spot. There was no configuration that these would work.

They do not fit the car as described. On my car, a 2010 HHR, you have to drill the door panel in order to make them work. I bought adapters at a local shop that were $10 more but slipped right in and no drilling was required.

1999 Toyota Camry Solara
Worked great for installing 5 1/2" speakers in a 6 1/2" speaker opening. Installation is quite easy provided you follow the instructions. If you purchase 6 1/2" speakers for a 6 1/2" opening, as I did, the adapters become unnecessary. Just drill the mounting holes and it's much quicker. It's great that Crutchfield includes everything that you may need for installation.

These fit my dakota perfectly, but they do not fit the Terminator6s components I bought. The 'cinch bolts' are too short for the terminator's plastic surround and I ended up having to drill the door panels to mount them, which negated the use of these rings.
