Our take on the Sennheiser e 902 by Crutchfield's Ralph Graves
Made for bass
The Sennheiser e 902 was designed to capture the lowest frequencies cleanly and accurately. It's great for miking kick drums, bass guitar cabs, tubas, and other low-pitched instruments. The mic features a built-in stand adapter to minimize space requirements, so you can use the e 902 in hard-to-reach spaces.
Quality construction for optimal performance
The e 902 features a humbucking design that cancels out unwanted low-frequency hum and electronic noise. And the lightweight, high-performance voice coil ensures fast transient response, for clear sound reproduction. A cardioid polar pattern minimizes incidental rear noise, regardless of pitch.
