Clear, crips sound. Wide range of settings. Battery stays charged over 12 hours. Battery saving feature when not being worn. Blocks out background noise around you in the room. Excellent choice for my wife and I. We'really 84 and 74. I'm slightly hard of hearing and my wife is almost deaf. However they work wonderfully for us. We'll worth the money.
Pros: Battery stays charged more than 12 hours. Clear crisp sound. Blocks out background noise. Wide range of sertings. Slim design. Comfortable fit.
Cons: Non so far.

This was not my first Sennheiser head set. The sound on all of them has been excellent - far superior to any other listening devices. I liked having 2 batteries so that one was always charged and I didn't have to get out of bed at night to charge the set. The problem with the others was that they were a bit fragile. I am 89 and sometimes fall asleep with the head set on - this set seems sturdier. In order to deal with not having 2 batteries I bought an extra head set - which drove the price up considerably but I felt it was worth it. My only complaint is that the ear pieces are a bit large and not totally comfortable. I am often left with sore ears. The ear pieces for smaller ears seems to distort the sound so I don't use them. I hope these last through the 2 year warranty.
Pros: TV SOUND IS FANTASTIC
Cons: EAR PIECES ARE NOT TOTALLY COMFORTABLE -

After 1 1/2 wks of use:
Pros: Pros; Unit arrived as promised. Easy setup right out of the box. Good reception facing and not facing the source walking around house.
Cons: Cons; Design of unit lacking. Unit hurts ears 15 to 20 minutes of use. Talked to the catalog store which pointed me to Sennheiser, both offered no real fix. Sennheiser sent some foam tips which do not fit the unit. Maybe its just me but for the money I would think there would be a fix.
