About the NavAtlas DXB500DVR
Capture the fun
Capture the fun
A big part of off-road adventuring is sharing all the cool stuff you did with your friends and family back home. This compact DVR and two camera combo will capture all the moments that matter when you're out having fun. It's made to withstand outdoor life, and it fits almost any ATV, UTV, or motorcycle.
Ready to rock (climb)
Mount the two cameras where you like them, secure the DVR (flush-mount and bar-mount kits are included), hard-wire the connections, and hit the trail. The 2-channel DVR captures the action in full high definition from each camera simultaneously, so you don't have to choose one angle to film your rides.
You can record uninterrupted in selectable, continuous increments of one, five, ten minutes, or a half-hour until your memory cards (sold separately) are full. And you'll be able to see the footage on the 2.7" split screen live or review it after your ride is over.
Built tough for tough terrain
The UV-resistant exterior resists fading, and the shockproof DVR has a conformal-coated PC board that can withstand a good soaking. Everything is IP66-rated housing, so you won't have to worry about exposing your gear to dirt, dust, and moisture.
That doesn't make them or the receiver completely submersible, but they'll keep on ticking if you take your RZR through some particularly muddy terrain or a wild rainstorm.

Rugged Outdoor Design: The NavAtlas DXB500DVR system features a rugged design that holds up to the outdoor and marine environment for motor and water sports.
- Water, Dust, & Shock Resistant: The DXB500DVR system is dust tight and protected against powerful jets of water (IP66 rated). It is also shock resistant (10G vibration tested).
- UV Resistant Construction: The system's housings are made from rugged and UV resistant plastic resin to prevent them from breaking down under the direct sunlight.
- Conformal Coated PCB: The conformal coated main circuit board has a transparent protective film applied to all surfaces. This additional layer of defense guards against dust, condensation, and corrosion - ensuring maximum longevity.
DVR w/ Built-in Monitor: The NavAtlas DXB500DVR system features a DVR with built-in 2.7" monitor that has a resolution of 960 x 240 (RGB). Video can be recorded in 1920 x 1080P @ 30fps (16:9) or 720P @ 60fps (16:9). The recording time can be set to 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or Continuous (Continuous recording will record for 30 minutes and auto-save; then continue until the unit is stopped). The built-in monitor can be used for live video from the dual action cameras and playback of recorded video from the DVR. The monitor displays both cameras at once in split-screen (you can not select just once camera for full-screen display).
Note: There is no built-in microphone or speaker for audio recording and playback.
Dual Action Cameras: The NavAtlas DXB500DVR comes with two action cameras for simultaneous video recording. Each camera features a CMOS Sony IMX322 image sensor with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a wide angle lens with a 150° (h) x 120° (v) viewing angle.
microSD Card Slot: Video is recorded in H.264 format onto a microSD memory card (not included); use a Class 10 or better SD memory card. Saved video files will show as two files (Front Camera and Rear Camera) on the SD memory card.
Video Outputs: The NavAtlas DXB500DVR features a miniHDMI output and 3.5mm AV output to connect the DVR to an external monitor for video playback. A 39" miniHDMI-to-HDMI cable is included, along with a 31" miniUSB-to-USB cable.
USB Port: The miniUSB port lets you transfer files from the microSD memory card (sold separately) inside the DVR to your computer. The unit comes with a 31" miniUSB-to-USB cable. The DVR will be recognized as a USB MSC (mass storage class) device; no additional USB drivers are necessary.
Note: Do not connect the USB cable while the unit is connected to 12V; damage to the unit may occur.
Mounting Options: The NavAtlas DXB500DVR system features a universal mounting design that fits a variety of Motorcycle, UTV, and ATV applications. It comes with a flush-mount bracket and handlebar-style clamp for the DVR w/ built-in monitor, plus handlebar-style clamps both action cameras. The handlebar-style clamps for the DVR and cameras fit 0.875" to 2.0" bars. The flush-mount bracket for the DVR requires a 3.6875" (w) x 3.8125" (h) x 1.0" (d) cutout.
Installation Wiring: All wiring is included with the NavAtlas DXB500DVR system. A 6.5' microUSB cable is used to plug in one of the action cameras to the DVR, while a 9.8' microUSB cable is used to plug in the other action camera to the DVR (these cables provide power to the cameras and video from the cameras to the DVR). The DVR comes with a 5' power cable which plugs into the back of the unit and then hardwires to 12V accessory power and ground.
