This product was perfect. My husband trains dogs and sometimes they are a bit much with their personality. He was told he gave them back a different dog than they brought him and couldn't believe what a good job he did. Thus collar made all the difference.

Best online purchase experience ever . Crutchfield is totally customer driven. The people there are true pro's in every aspect .

Outstanding service. Fast shipping. Best dog collar we ever owned. True water resistance. Long range and response. The only issue is that it has a shorter battery life than claimed. Overall very pleased with it.
