Don't buy

Bought this trainer in April 2020 to use during the Coronavirus. I went through four tubes already even with having a Tacx training tire. Not worth the money nor effort.

Pros: Cost

Cons: Keep getting flat tires. The break system locks up on the flats. Overall there had to be better trainers then this one.

Excellent Trainer

If you're looking for an entry level smart Trainer, this is the one. Previously owned a CycleOps Super Magneto Pro and a Saris Mag+. Bought this one to be able to fully connect with online apps like Tacx and Zwift. Easy to assemble and store, sturdy construction and nice looking. Connection with the Tacx app is also easy and reliable, the package includes a 1 month free trial with the Tacx app. Being using the app with the Ipad and so far no problems. My only complaint will be a slight difference between the power measured by the trainer and the power measured by my Favero Assioma pedals, specially at low values of Power (like +10%). Overall a great acquisition especially if you're in a budget. The guys at crutchfield shipped items very fast, no complaints

Pros: Price, quality, 1 month Trial app, easy to setup

Cons: Power readings aren't very accurate

Good Entry-Level Smart Trainer

Crutchfield customer from Mount Airy, MD on 1/27/2020

Nice performance for an entry-level smart trainer. Easy to set up, configure and to attach your bike to. Noise is minimal for a wheel-on trainer. Performance of unit is, so far, good with clear increase/decrease of resistance with change in course topography.

Pros: Reasonably priced for a smart trainer. Easy to set-up, configure and attach bike.

Cons: Limitation of 6% incline, but this is to be expected of a budget smart trainer.
