The band works very well, the only noticeable drawback is the connection speed - sometime it takes close to a minute to get the band connected to the phone. Other than that - stable and seems to be very precise, doesn't loose connection.

Overview: The Garmin HRM-Dual is an advanced heart rate monitor to help you get the most out of your workouts, and reach your fitness goals. The heart rate monitor features an adjustable strap that is worn around the chest, just below the sternum. It uses ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy technology to wirelessly transmit your heart rate data in real time to a compatible device. Wireless range is approximately 9.8 feet (3 meters).
Adjustable Strap: The HRM-Dual comes with an adjustable strap (from 25" to 52"). The module is 2.444" x 1.346" x 0.42" (HxWxD), and snaps into place on the strap. Together, the module and strap weigh 1.9 ounces.
Compatibility: The HRM-Dual is compatible with many Garmin wearable devices (fēnix, Edge, Forerunner, vívofit, etc.) plus many online training apps, and some fitness equipment at the gym. For a complete list of compatible Garmin devices, click here.
Waterproof Rating: The HRM-Dual has a 1 ATM water rating, which means it can withstand incidental contact with water, such as splashes, rain, or snow. It is not suitable for swimming, diving, or other water sports.
Power Requirements: The HRM-Dual is powered by a user-replaceable CR2032 coin cell battery. It has a battery life of approximately 3.5 years, based on an average use of 1 hour per day.
