Works great! Does exactly what I was looking for in a swing sensor. I have not compared the results to a really high end system, but this does give you the basic feedback about your swing to tell you what areas most likely need improvement. The setup is pretty easy.. get the Garmin Connect app on your phone, pair it to the TrueSwing, attach the device to your club, pick the club in the app, and swing away! Attaching the TruSwing to your club and switching between clubs takes a little bit of time to unscrew, align, and screw back on. However, the clamp fits good on all clubs and I have never had issues with it slipping or moving. The device only registers a swing when you hit a ball, this is not a bad thing in my opinion, just want to throw it out there. I do wish the app had more functionality, like the ability to add comments to each swing. The 3D visualization of the swing is a cool feature and all the aspects of the swing are great feedback for anyone looking for a high tech way to analyze their swing.

Overall I like this device, I mostly use it for swing speed, tempo, and making sure my back swing is not getting too long. It links straight to my approach S20 watch which sends data to my wrist while I'm hitting. If I want more detail I can also link to my phone and get club angles and a 3-D view of my swing. It seems reasonably accurate and is easy to install. My main gripes are that I have to remove and reattach the device to change clubs which is a headache if I want to switch from driver to irons to wedges at the range and that the alignment with the club face is not very exact since you basically eyeball it. If I could talk with Garmin I would also suggest that they show an approximate ball fight and distance in the app. If you have club speed, face path, and angle of attack it should be pretty easy to do assuming good contact.

Pros: Provides good data Links to watch Easy to install

Cons: Don't like having to remount device every time I change clubs Wish the app offered more analysis like calculated distance or ball flight
