Compression Horn Tweeter: Great for long range listening, the PowerBass Xtreme XL-POD6LR wake tower speaker utilizes an ultra efficient compression horn tweeter. This special horn tweeter was chosen to deliver loud, crisp and clean highs that can be heard well beyond the boat.

Polypropylene Injected Cone w/ TPU Surround: The PowerBass XL-POD6LR features a 6.5" injection molded UV-Treated Polypropylene cone woofer with a TPU surround. Chosen for its strong yet lightweight body this waterproof woofer cone has UV inhibitors to minimize cracking and fading. A synthetic material known for its toughness and flexibility, the black TPU (Thermo-plastic Urethane) surround rejects water, sun and salt spray while at the same time offering superior cone-edge suspension.

Recommended Power: The PowerBass Xtreme XL-POD6LR wake tower speaker is designed to handle up to 75 watts RMS (continuous) and 150 watts maximum (peak) of input power from an outboard amplifier optimized at 4-ohms.

UV Stable Injection Molded Plastic Pod: The XL-POD6LR's enclosure is molded from marine grade polymer (poly-plastic composite) materials that protect it from the effects of the outdoor environment while also providing a great look.

Chrome Plated Die-Cast Swivel Clamp System: The XL-POD6LR includes a chrome-plate die-cast swivel clamp system which accepts bar sizes from 1.5" to 3.0". The solid marine-grade zinc alloy construction provides strength and corrosion resistance. With the clamp system installed, each wake tower speaker measures 6.8125" (w) x 10.4375" (h) x 8.625" (d); and weighs 8.4 lbs.

RGB Illumination: The PowerBass Xtreme XL-POD6LR comes equipped with RGB lighting that can be controlled via the supplied RF remote and receiver allowing you to pick between 20 different colors and over 19 different lighting effects. You can daisy-chain multiple PowerBass Xtreme speakers (12 speakers/6 pairs) to the included RF receiver for easy control from the single RF remote. If you do not want to use the remote control and only want to display a single color this can easily be done by connecting the black wire in the 4-wire RGB harness to +12V Power and then connecting the following wire(s) to ground to illuminate the corresponding color.

• Red = Red

• Green = Green

• Blue = Blue

• Red/Green = Bright Green

• Red/Blue = Magenta

• Blue/Green = Aqua

• Red/Blue/Green = White w/ Blue Tint

Notes:

• The RF receiver will require 12V power and ground. To prevent battery drain install a switch on the +12V wire so you can turn off the RGB RF receiver when not in use.

• If you are not using the RF receiver and remote, you will need to connect the black +12V wire of the RGB extension harness to switched power either with a relay or switch to prevent battery discharge when using single color mode.

RF Remote and Receiver: The XL-POD6LR's RGB illumination is controlled by the included RF remote and RF receiver that allow you to wirelessly select between 20 different colors and over 19 different lighting effects. The RF remote is powered by a pre-installed CR2025 3V battery. Controls functions include -

• Power On/Off: Turns the RGB RF receiver on or off.

• Dynamic Lightning Effect Mode Adjustment: Switches between Static lighting or Dynamic effect mode, or switch between Effects when in Dynamic mode

• Dynamic Lightning Speed Adjustment: Adjusts the speed up or down to the desired pattern. If in Static mode the unit will switch to Dynamic when the speed is adjusted.

• Static Color Adjustment: Switch to Static Color mode and select between 20 different colors.

• Brightness Adjustment: Press to increase brightness or to decrease brightness in Static Color mode. If in Dynamic mode, the unit will switch to Static mode when the brightness is adjusted.

Note: Do not install the RGB RF receiver in enclosed metal, as this may interfere with connectivity between them and the remote controller.

Wiring: Each wake tower speaker is equipped with a total of 6 wires - including 2 speaker wire leads (Red/Black) that attach to your amplifier and 4 RGB wire leads (Red/Green/Blue/Black) that attach to the included RF receiver. The RF receiver is also equipped with 6 wires - including a Power wire lead (Red) to connect to switched power, a Ground wire lead (Black) to attach to bare metal, and 4 RGB wire leads (Red/Green/Blue/Black) that connect to the wake tower speakers' RGB harness.

Safety Cable: Each wake tower speaker includes a braided wire cable that provides an extra level of security for the XL-POD6LR when mounted around the tower bar of your boat.
