This deck is remote compatible with
compatible Sony receivers
The deck uses a sorbothane cassette stabilizer to reduce the
spread of vibration through the cassette shell. A ceramic cassette holder is used to damp resonance around the tape transport mechanism.
The multiple AMS track search allows you to skip up to 30 selections.
Memory play allows you to return to a specific portion of the tape by
using the counter.
Auto play automatically starts playing back a tape after rewinding it to
the beginning.
The Auto Cal button automatically sets the equalization characteristics,
bias current, and recording level to suit the magnetic property of the tape being used.
Record muting allows you to insert a blank (4 seconds or longer) between
selections.
