The lens is fast. It's pin sharp and could probably function as my primary shooter for portraits. Amazing investment.

These lenses, are absolutely all around the do-it-all lens! Can't imagine doing any events, travel, landscape or video without them! Yes, they are pricy, but what you'll get in return is a fast, sharp and tough piece of equipment that Sony shooter can't be without!
Pros: Fast, tough built, all around, versatile, quiet.
Cons: Pricey and little heavy.

Responsive lens with a solid feel. I use it as my go-to lens for 75% of my professional shooting.
