Does what it should

It just works. That's the review. :-) I bought the card for use in a new Nikon D850. This was my 1st encounter with an XQD card. It appears that I could also have chosen a newer CFExpress as a lower cost alternative, but I opted for a Sony XQD as suggested in the Nikon manual. I don't shoot video, and don't shoot subjects where card speed is going to be a concern, so for my purposes, it works as expected. Perhaps at some point I will explore subjects where card speed does matter, at which point I will have to re-evaluate the card's performance, but for now, I works as expected.
Pros: It just works.
Cons: Requires an XQD capable card reader which seem to be less common and for a quality brand, pricier than SD/MSD/CF/xD card readers.

Sony XQD Memory Card

I am new to the XQD format, but its buffer speed is fast and allows for incredible shooting speeds on my Nikon D5. I would not hesitate to buy another card.
Pros: Speed, compatibility
Cons: Cost

The Z 7 has one card slot so I recommend a large memory card.
