Sony SA-Z1 review

My goal is to listen and enjoy the music. I wanted to listen the music as accurate or close to as it was played and sounded at recording. The quality of digital music sources become quite good and variety of high resolution titles are common these days. In my mine the best music listening experience might come from the music recorded by the best recording engineer(s) and translated into best digital media such as DSD file. Then such music media needs to be reproduced as accurate as possible. Usually the file is decoded to be analog audio, then amplified and transferred to the speakers as the series of electrical energy. It will be the best to make these connection as simple and short as possible to eliminate any distortion. SA-Z1 makes this possible without real fortune although it is not cheap as a set of DAC/amp/speaker. If I tried to create the same resulted listening experience, I must choose near best set of amplifiers, cables, speakers, and the listening room with many times of tries & errors. With SA-Z1 it made short cut of all of such efforts but simply put the system on my desk and connect to good digital player. I tested Sony WM-Z1, MacBook Pro, and A&K SP2000 and found SP2000 is the best to enjoy SA-Z1. I do not need to worry about my listening room but just enjoy the music by setting SA-Z1 on the desk. The artist(s) plays in front of you. Or you are transported to the concert hall right away. This is a magic. Highly recommended.
