More details on the Sony SDHC Memory Card
Overview: The Sony SDHC memory card greatly increases the storage capacity of your SDHC-enabled point-and-shoot digital camera, DSLR, or other device.
UHS-I: This memory card is based on the "Ultra High Speed" UHS-I standard, and only UHS-I compliant equipment can operate in the UHS-I mode. UHS-I U1 media captures fast action shooting, and full HD and 3D video. You can capture approximately 80 high-resolution photos in one minute using the continuous shooting mode. This card has a read speed of 90 MB/s, based on Sony testing with an SD Association-certified testing tool. The write speed is slower. If the device isn't UHS-I compliant, the card will still maintain its Class 10 speed.
Compatibility: Designed for use with SDHC-enabled digital cameras or other SDHC-compatible devices, the Sony SDHC card gives you the capacity and power to capture your still photos, download your favorite songs, and record your home movies.
Durability: This SDHC memory card is built to withstand extreme environments. It is waterproof to IEC 60529 IPX7 standard, and can operate in temperatures between -13°F and 185°F.
Lock Switch: The Sony SDHC memory card has a built-in lock switch to ensure that your files cannot be accidentally deleted or overwritten.
Usable Storage Comparison Chart: Because a portion of the card capacity is used for system files, the usable storage is 28.8 GB.
Downloadable File Rescue Software: File Rescue downloadable software helps recover photos and videos that have been accidentally damaged or deleted. You can also download x-Pict Story software from the included link to create customized slideshows from your photos.
