Nice Headphones, wife loves them!
Darren from Norton, VA on 8/5/2022
I recently purchased these headphone for my wife. She's upgrading from a set of wired headphones that broke. These are very sturdy, comfortable, and easy to use. She is really happy with these headphones, and should get many good years of service from them. They sound great.
Pros: easy to setup, long battery life, Good SQ.
Cons: not a deal breaker at all, but the charging cord could have been a bit longer.

Horrible durability, good headphones
Eric from Fishers, IN on 11/3/2021
This product is so breakable that I have had to buy 7 pairs of these for them to last a year. The comfort is ok and so is the design but how much it costs compared to how breakable makes it one of the worst head phones Ive owned and keep in mind, the headphones themselves are great but the durability is garbage. I put on my back pack, they broke, I took them OFF OF MY NECK and they ended up like the picture.
Pros: The size and the many options with 3 buttons
Cons: The shitty durability

Great headphones
Crutchfield customer from Carrollton, GA on 8/2/2021
While not the most expensive pair of headphones in the world , they do the job that I bought them for, mainly for cutting grass on the John Deere riding mower and just working in the yard, all I wanted was a inexpensive pair of headphones that were light weight and sounded decent and would stay on my head
Pros: Sound great
Cons: None

Great sound for a great price. I think these sound better than some wired 60 dollar Audio Technica headphones I have. Not the best in the world, but well out performs the price.
Pros: Everything
Cons: Will slip a little bit if you wear them running.

Great budget friendly headphones
Crutchfield customer from Lone Pine, CA on 6/26/2021
Bought these for my daughter. The battery life is great and sound quality is good for the price point. This is the second pair I've purchased. Build quality could be a little better but overall very happy. In Sony's defense I don't think 5 year olds were the intended user. Lol
Pros: Battery life Sound quality
Cons: Not the most durable

Very happy with this purchase. These headphones sound great. Low end bass and great highs. I use them almost every day
Pros: Sound amazing, great highs and lows
Cons: Length wise, I wish that supplied charging cord was longer than it is. Hard to attach to regular slow charge USB adapter and set it on something while charging

Picked these up for my 8 year old so he can listen to music, watch videos, and play with his older brother via iOS games. I've heard the sound quality and for the price being sub $100 it's not bad but it's not the greatest. The materials are not the best but I wouldn't expect it at the price point and the buttons are hard to read and the indicator light is very hard to know the status of the device. I do love the long battery life and the fact that it uses usb type c for charging. The cable comes included but not the charging block. One end is usb-c male and usb-a on the female side. Personally for on ear headphones they do a decent job of blocking some noise but for a true listening experience it wouldn't go for it, this is more like a long trip or late night general listening.
Pros: Price point, long battery, fast and easy to connect to device
Cons: Material feel, hard to read buttons

too tight for my big head
Margery from GOFFSTOWN, NH on 3/5/2021
I just received these, pulled them out of the box, and charged them today. The sound quality is fine, though I'm not used to high quality, so hard to judge. Its construction does seem to make it fairly noise-isolating. The main problem is that they are very tight! They are hurting my ears. I'm also getting nausea--could that be related? My hat size is 7 ¼ (inches) Does that mean my head is bigger than average? I'm hoping these loosen up in time. They paired quickly and easily with my PC, and I never paired Bluetooth headphones to a PC before. The iPhone can't find the headphones while they're connected to the PC, at least for now. I'll try again later, probably away from the PC. The volume and track skip functions use the same two buttons, function changed via toggle. A little confusing, but I'll probably get used to it. The Reference Guide says the headphones support "normal" incoming calls, not calling apps for smartphones or computers. So my office's new VOIP app probably won't work with it?
Pros: Look good, sound fine, paired quickly to PC
Cons: Too tight. Won't work with "calling apps"

Perfect but uncomfortable with glasses.
Crutchfield customer from Oakland, MD on 12/13/2020
For the price, these are perfect headphones. I simply needed these to listen to things to keep my hands free. They are perfect for that. I have noticed that they do lack in comfort. This is because I wear glasses and after an hour or so the pressure of the headphone on my ear cartilage with my glasses frame behind it can be bothersome. I end up pulling up my glasses the top of my ear cartilage because it hurts. So if I really wanted spend the bucks and get a better long term set for comfort I will go with a fully over the ear product.
Pros: Cheaper, excellent battery life,
Cons: Uncomfortable long term with glasses on.

Great bluetooth headphones for the price
Crutchfield customer from Richmond, VA on 9/18/2020
A nice sale and using some loyalty points I had stacked up got these headphones down to about $31. Even at the regular price, I think these are a good value. I've been listening to various kinds of music, podcasts and videos, and they sound very good. I have a pair of Plantronics bluetooth headphones that are a couple of hears old and that were about five times as expensive, and the bluetooth connectivity of these Sony headphones is better. In a couple of weeks of usage, I've not notice any issues at all, whereas the Plantronics headphones stutters or drops out pretty much every time I use it. So, overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.
Pros: Lightweight Rock solid bluetooth Good sound quality

Not So Good
Crutchfield customer from La Center, WA on 9/15/2020
These are not the quality I was expecting. They feel flimsy and cheaply made and the sound quality is not up to the standards of my old headphones. The paring was easy but the on/off switch is difficult to use without taking off the headphones and looking at it. I am sorry I bought these. Crutchfield is a great company and this is my only Crutchfield purchase that was a disappointment.

Good headphones - could be improved with a mic mute button
Crutchfield customer from Huntsville, AL on 5/15/2020
I like these wireless headphones. They sound good, are at a great value price point, look nice, aren't too big and heavy, and work well, with one notable exception - they don't have a mic mute. I like the compact design, the folding earphones that allow them to lie flat. I like they are rechargeable with a USB A to USB C cable (that came with them). They are easy to tell if they are connected, with a voice message that lets you know. I bought them for telework and particularly to support video-meetings. The lack of the on-board mic mute (a button would be great) is a problem for using them with Microsoft teams. The MS Teams mute function doesn't work on my brand new MacBook Pro when a bluetooth mic is connected and the Mac controls are a slider not a hard on-off button. So that isn't a work-around for a mute button. Teams' mute works on the main MacBook Pro microphone but not these headphones - so that really is a MS Teams bug. So if I were to buy another pair for work I would buy one with a more directional to my mouth boom mic and mute button. But this mic mute issue only bothers me for big group meetings, where I am listening (and not on video) but trying to do other things. its not really an issue for small ones. But I like these for music and watching streaming video while I work and filtering out the dogs and other in-house interruptions. They could have a little softer cushions for marathon sessions but they sound good and overall work quite well.
Pros: Easy to use, last long time between recharges, look good, good value, sound good, fold flat for transport/storage, rechargeable
Cons: no mic mute button

Bought these at a discounted price and they sound very very good battery life is about five hours. No problem using them to answer calls no need to yell while speaking. My only minor complaint is that they feel cheaply built. Otherwise no problems so far. For the price is a great choice.
Pros: Nice sound. Long battery life. Excellent to use during calls
Cons: Cheaply built feeling
