Customer Q&A

3 questions already asked

Q
Is there a way to turn on left side sound on my new Sony wireless headphones?
[ Wayne  Nov 26, 2022 ]
1 answer
A
Not with these sweet Sony WI-C400 sadly, Wayne. These do not support a stereo playback through a single earbud. If you are ok with a totally wireless option (instead of the neckband style) these Sony LinkBuds in the link below do support single-earbud operation. https://www.crutchfield.com/p_158WFL900G/Sony-LinkBuds.html

Q
No sound on right ear bud.sound on one side only any suggestion?
[ Wayne  Nov 26, 2022 ]

A
If you have already tried repairing the headphones, you could try resetting the headphones or resetting them to its factory setting and see if that fixes the issues. I will link the manual down below which has the instructions for how to do this, starting on page 91, down below. https://pdf.crutchfieldonline.com/ImageBank/v20190531133800/Manuals/158/158WIC400B.PDF

Q
Can u answer call waiting?
[ Bernice  Oct 12, 2019 ]
1 answer
A
Hi Bernice, thank you for your question. Call-waiting will still need to be accessed through your phone. You will still be able to communicate with the person who called in on call-waiting, but accessing the phone call initially, will need to take place at the phone. Chat with an Advisor online or by phone at 1-800-324-9695, if you would like to go over these in more detail.
