You'll hear a big improvement over your worn-out factory cones. Grilles are not included. (Factory grilles are appropriate for most installations.)

Features
Polypropylene Woofer Cones: The woofer cones are constructed of red polypropylene, which has a rigid structure for low distortion and accurate sound reproduction. In addition, the polypropylene woofers give you clear, powerful bass. Each woofer uses a treated cloth surround.
1-1/8" PEI Cone Tweeters: Each speaker features a 1-1/8" PEI cone tweeter. PEI (Polyetherimide) is a polymer that offers high resistance against harsh environmental extremes, superior rigidity, and sonic purity.
Spacers: The speakers include 5/16" spacers to use when bottom-mounting the speakers.
