Overall great experience from shipping to product quality. Ordered right before christmas & was here in 2 days! It was a gift for my grandma & she loves it! We had a family trip planned for New years & she wanted some type of camera she could see her house while we were on vacation. Amazing is an understatement, it notified her if a car drove by or if someone walked past her house. She is so happy, thank you guys as always!!!
Pros: Phone Notifications, Watching the live video, Downloadable footage,
Cons: Notifies any movement from the camera & may be a little obnoxious but better safe than sorry

Less than you bargined for.

See my previous review for the floodlights and the difficulties incurred. Physical installation of the doorbell is not as easy as you would think. Existing wires for chimes in your home to the step-down transformer are always too short to locate it for proper functioning. Therefore, the battery is the best alternative, or buy their wifi chimes which is an added expense. The units are expensive enough. The alert is so late when someone is at the door that it can be rendered useless. The time frame can be 20 minutes or two hours after the person has left. There are so many settings that data usage appears over the top. Later, I learned that Amazon has access to your network and puts you into their profile. As you can tell from the review, I'm not a satisfied customer of Ring but not the fault of Crutchfield whom I've always had great service. To sum it up, wish I never purchased these items. I'm no better off than when I started, only more broke and frustrated with this product

No lo pude instalar ya que no se logró programarlo,por que no se conecta, y lo trate en tres residencias diferentes. I could not install it since I could not program it. I took it to 3 different residences and it would not work.
