Rolls MB15b ProMatch
Crutchfield customer from Fayetteville, NC on 10/22/2020
It works well for transferring the data from my sound mixer (Presonus) to my audio capture device for live streaming. The only issue that I have dealt with so far is that the audio from the Rolls MB15b ProMatch still has a little static in the line. It's not much and I can get much of it out with mixing.
Pros: Good price and works well.
Cons: Doesn't get all of the static out in my scenario.

Rolls MB15b ProMatch
Philip from Easton, MD on 8/20/2020
From a pure audio perspective, 3 stars. From a functional/utility/value perspective, 5 stars. If you want to hook up your RCA only or 3.5mm only device to a balanced input and not break the bank, this is the ticket. The bipolar input BA 4560 op amps are noisy, slew rate is OK for audio, and no high end parts, but it is a metal case and quite functional. Gain matching between left and right is subject to volume control matching and may be noticeable.
Pros: Works as advertised, metal case, good value.
Cons: Not a beauty, uses an external power supply, not very "Hi-Fi".

This unit allows me to hook up my band subwoofer gaining a preamp preamp signal from the MB15b (needed for pro audio) to go from an RCA output from the surround sound receiver then changing to an XLR output to connect to sub. Works great. Duane
Pros: works great as explained

XLR to rca connection (humming/noise) problem SOLVED.
Crutchfield customer from Henderson, NV on 10/29/2019
I was having significant noise/humming when I attempted to insert a pro level EQ ( with XLR/TRS connectors to my home audio gear (with RCA connectors). I initially tried to solve the connection mismatch with XLR to rca cables. However, that resulted in much humming. When I added the Rolls MB15b into the connection PROBLEM SOLVED.
Pros: It works as described!
Cons: None
