Q
does it work with Heos systems?
[ Reginald  May 21, 2020 ]

A
I have both Niles and Heos systems, but not in the same home. However, knowing the Niles systems well, if you have a Heos Receiver and hook it into the Niles system as a "source" I see no reason why it would not work. I am not sure if Niles system recognizes the Heos System purely as wireless. You should contact Nilles whom I found to be quite helpful over the years. I see no reason to combine these two systems unless you need both a wired speaker system "Niles" and a Wireless Speaker System "Heos". Heos works quite well from a Mobile App. Save the high cost of the NP7. You can buy a Heos capable receiver for the cost of an NP7. I am happy with both systems but note both are dependant on your network to work well. Hope this helps

Q
I already have a pre existing sound systems that is wired through out the home, I would like to change out the control panel and controls the sound in all the rooms as well as the radio station. I want to have Bluetooth capabilities and mp3. The wiring and speakers are fine. Please let me know if this is possible? Thank you

I recommend contacting the Crutchfield A/V Design group for assistance with this: http://www.crutchfield.com/Institutional/diy.aspx This specially trained group of advisors can go over your exiting system and recommend the components and cabling you'll need to get the performance and capabilities you require in each location. I hope that helps. My Bio: http://www.crutchfield.com/Support/Bio.aspx?bio=5
