HP Hearing PRO

I've tried two other OTC hearing aids and returned them. The HP Hearing Pro delivers better sound and is more user friendly. Difficult to understand speech without the device is now clear. This one is a keeper!

A lot to love, but...

For now, I'm rating these at 4 stars. If HP ads a little fine tuning to the app, I would lean toward 5 stars. Here's why... Pros Better hearing -- I have significant, though not devastating, hearing loss. Conversation is often hit and miss, and some TV shows are nearly impossible. Often I can hear, but not understand. With the HP aids, the improvement is immediate and obvious. Huge upgrade to amplifiers -- I tried the $200 amplifiers as a stop-gap measure...waste of time! The HP cost 4 times more and works 10 times better. Decent App -- Customizing the sound via the app is simple and effective. I feel that the app will improve in later editions, perhaps adding some fine tuning. Excellent Bluetooth -- The sound quality for listening to music, movies, podcasts, phone calls etc. is excellent. HP/Nuheara obviously gave this plenty of emphasis, which is why I waited for these to become available. I really wanted an effective hearing aid that also had exceptional bluetooth capability. Simple to use -- The controls are minimal, limited to volume and focus via the app, and tap control on the left HP for phone calls. Stays in ear -- I haven't run while using the HPs, but they have stayed firmly in place throughout miscellaneous household activity and yard work. Reasonable price -- It's too soon for final judgement, but at the moment, these seem to be the best bang for the buck. Cons Appearance -- yes,

Disappointing; volume in enimic, customer service does not respond after leaving phone number and short message. Well reviewed as competition for Sony, but I doubt I will find that to be the case.

So far so good! I've done research and waited several months for these HR Pros to come on the market. I've had three other very expensive hearing aids that were suggested by my doctor which I returned back to her as I couldn't justify the expense for my level of hearing and other reasons.
Pros: Easy to use and not a bother to operate and control. Also folks don't realize they are hearing aids and assume you are enjoying music or taking on the phone.
Cons: I have no Cons as yet!

Best hearing Aid hands down
Crutchfield customer from Seville , OH on 3/18/2023
Better sound quality than my Sigmia Silk 7nx's. I only wear my signias for the 20 min. Between charges now. Noise cancelation is great, how did I live without it or the inability to stream to my ears. My senses are amazed I feel that the movies are real life with the sound quality, close my eyes and think the pe8are right next to me.
Pros: Soy d quality, noise cancelation, Bluetooth, 20 min. Charge, loge battery in case hands free phone, music streaming, listen to music and use hearing aid function at the same time!!!!! Paid with HSA Visa.
Cons: Only 1 set of each ear tip, should have option to get many of the size you choose to use, insurance not excepted.
