Marine speakers from Bazooka

Bazooka's MAC6910 marine speakers will bring power and performance to your boat's audio system. Each one of these rugged speakers features a waterproof 6"x9" woofer topped with an aluminum dome tweeter and a 3" midrange cone, so you'll hear your music the way it's meant to sound – even when you're underway.

The subtle styling helps them blend into any boat, but there's nothing subtle about their marine-rated toughness. Bazooka designed these speakers with UV-resistant grilles, composite speaker baskets, stainless steel hardware, plated speaker terminals, and rubber surrounds, so you can count on them to to withstand the effects of water, salt, and UV rays.

They're efficient enough to work well with your marine radio, but they'll handle up to 150 watts RMS from a marine amp without any problem.

Features

Woofers: Each speaker has a 6"x9" injection woven polyurethane woofer cone with a butyl rubber surround and composite basket.

Tweeters: Each speaker uses a 1" aluminum dome tweeter. The tweeters are mounted to the grilles, so there's no pole piece running through the woofer cone.

Midrange: Each speaker features a 2" midrange driver that combines polyurethane and mylar. The midranges are mounted to the grilles.

Crossovers: In each 3-way speaker a 1.5 kHz and 6 kHz, 12 dB/octave crossover provides clarity around the crossover point for the woofer, midrange, & tweeter.

Grilles: Each speaker features a non-removable, UV-resistant grille.

Q
Would a head unit that produces 40 MRS per channel work?

A
Certainly! While the Bazooka MAC6910 *can* handle up to 75 watts RMS; 40 watts RMS would be plenty of power to get quality sound from the speakers.
